    Setting YOUR goals is critical to attaining your vision. Your goals will commit you to achieving the health outcomes you desire and keep you accountable to making progress over time. I will support you in developing specific short and long-term goals that are optimally challenging, based on where you are now, as well as individual action steps you must take to meet them.
